01The basics
Use Amril lawfully and treat people with respect. Don’t use Amril to harm others, break the law, deceive people, or damage the Services.
02Content that is not allowed
Do not post, send, list, or share content that:
- is illegal, or promotes or facilitates illegal activity;
- sexually exploits or endangers children in any way — this is strictly forbidden, we remove it immediately, and we report it to the appropriate authorities;
- is sexually explicit, pornographic, or otherwise adult content;
- harasses, bullies, threatens, or incites violence against people;
- promotes hatred or discrimination against people based on protected characteristics;
- is violent, graphic, or glorifies self-harm, suicide, or eating disorders;
- promotes terrorism, violent extremism, or dangerous organisations;
- is a scam, fraud, phishing, pyramid or Ponzi scheme, or other deceptive scheme;
- impersonates another person, business, or Amril, or misrepresents who you are;
- infringes someone else’s intellectual property or other rights;
- shares someone’s private or personal information without permission;
- is spam, or repetitive, unsolicited, or bulk content;
- offers regulated, restricted, or prohibited goods (for example, weapons, illegal drugs, counterfeits, or anything you’re not legally allowed to sell);
- contains malware, or tries to compromise accounts, devices, or the Services.
03Selling and ordering
- List items accurately — correct descriptions, prices, photos, and availability.
- Only sell what you’re legally allowed to sell, and fulfil orders you accept.
- Don’t manipulate reviews, ratings, or order numbers, and don’t leave fake or abusive reviews.
- For dine-in, honour orders placed from your tables.

04Messaging and contacts
- Don’t send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or chain messages.
- Respect message requests and blocks — don’t try to evade them.
- Don’t harvest contacts or use contact sync to harass people.
05Coins, gifting, and payments
- Don’t use coins, gifting, the wallet, or payments to launder money, commit fraud, or get around the law or these rules.
- Don’t buy, sell, or trade coins or accounts outside Amril.
- Don’t abuse refunds, chargebacks, or promotions.

06What happens if you break the rules
Depending on what happened, we may remove content, limit its reach, restrict features, suspend or close accounts, withhold or reverse related transactions, and where the law requires, report to the authorities. Serious harms — especially anything that endangers children — result in immediate removal and reporting.
07Reporting and appeals
If you see something that breaks these rules, report it in the app or email [email protected]. You can block users you don’t want to interact with. If we act on your content or account and you think we got it wrong, you can contact support to ask us to review it.
08Changes
We may update these guidelines as Amril grows. We’ll update the date above when we do.
